A few showers and light to moderate winds.

A ridge of high pressure persists to our south. A cold front will stall just north of Bermuda. A few showers in advance of the front will affect the area today. Developing low pressure will draw the front away northward later today. A new cold front will bring showers and a chance of thunder beginning Friday night, push through Bermuda Saturday, followed by moderate to strong winds and cooler temperatures.

A cool start, then bountiful sunshine with light winds.


Bermuda continues to lie beneath a broad protective high pressure system to the northeast that extends a ridge over the region. After a cool start, expect bountiful sunshine with light winds through tomorrow. A frontal trough will be to our near northwest later in the week and deliver a few showers, primarily early Thursday.

Slight, to low end moderate seas through the period.

A frontal trough approaching from the west crosses our region this evening, with strong southerly winds, rough seas and showers developing ahead of it. Improving overnight, with a further chance of showers Tuesday night. Otherwise, generally fairer weather and moderate seas for the rest of the week, with light to moderate winds veering from north to east and then southeast.

High pressure ensures fair conditions today, however a frontal wave advances east toward Bermuda increasing winds through the day. Tropical Storm Philippe is expected to accelerate north passing midway between Bermuda and the United States as it merges with this frontal wave. Expect strong winds, rough seas, and showers on Monday as this complex system passes.
