CLOUDY WITH A MODERATE BREEZE THIS MORNING:Low pressure lingering to our west maintains rather unsettled conditions with a secondary rise of wind this evening and night which is likely to approach gale force levels. This will be short-lived with the wind and any rainfall tapering off from early Wednesday morning to become fair for the remainder of the week under building high pressure. Rough to very rough seas abate moderate by Friday.
