Meanwhile a broad dome of high pressure will build in from the west which will gradually improve conditions through today then yield mostly sunny skies, light to moderate winds and abating from Tuesday through the remainder of the week.

Occasional gales, patchy rain and showers with a risk of thunder become isolated showers towards evening as a cold front slowly passes. Strong winds decrease this evening, becoming light to moderate late tonight. Winds veer northwesterly early Monday morning as a weak cold front passes. High pressure builds bringing settled conditions from Tuesday onward. Slight to moderate seas arrive by Tuesday.
A broken stationary boundary stalling in the area reinvigorates for the weekend with showers and thunderstorms from late tonight, otherwise mainly fair. Expect generally moderate to strong southerlies through Sunday. Then slowly improving from late Sunday and settling into next week with the boundary eventually clearing and pressure rising. Slight to mainly moderate seas throughout.
