Showers this morning but slowly getting brighter.

High pressure then builds in from the west later today, with drier and sunnier weather through the weekend. Temperatures begin to rise today and become milder through the weekend. Enjoy this slight break in the wind (grrrrrrr) as moderate to strong winds return tomorrow as another low slowly approaches the region.
