Earl beginning to pull away from the island…TROPICAL STORM WARNING IN EFFECT
It’s pretty messy out there, but Bermuda comes through the storm without being smashed by a hurricane. And that’s a good thing.
Hurricane Earl is beginning to gradually move away from the island. Tropical storm force winds will linger for the next few hours and with possible storm force gusts in heavy showers and widespread rain as rain bands linger over the region. Dangerous seas with rip currents and hazardous surf will begin to diminish later today.
