Showers dissipate early this morning as a cold front leaves. An approaching strong low to the north brings gale force winds with gusts to storm force from mid morning into the evening with Isolated to scattered showers and seas building very rough to high. Remaining windy on Thursday with passing showers and rough to very rough seas, then conditions gradually settle towards Friday and Saturday as high pressure settles nearby.
